Broken fence hanging down into the road.

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1833459.
On Cut Throat Lane, from Earlswood, on the left hand side just before the junction with Tithe Barn Lane there is a broken fence hanging down into the road. With on coming traffic it is unavoidable and can’t be clearly seen in the dark. When I stopped to investigate I found the remnants of two other wing mirrors besides mine. This hazard was not there yesterday - I do this commute multiple times a day. Kia have just quoted me £670. Photos taken at the time but will go back in the day light and get better ones.

The fence has now been crudely tied back with string. Fence is rotten and insecure. Possibly the boundary of “Spring Cottage”? Needs to be replaced ASAP before falls down again and causes a more serious accident on a dark and busy lane. I found 4 wing mirrors, including mine, thrown in the verge across the road.
