Flooding still there
Reported in the Flooding or standing water on road category anonymously at 11:29, Tue 5 November 2019
Sent to Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1832620.
I reported flooding at the beginning of last week, appreciate that you came and put signs up. The flood is not going away and when it rains it adds to the depth of the flood. Suspect that the drainage is blocked. It is dangerous and some motorists and cyclists don’t heed the warning signs. Water from car wheels is making rest of lane very wet, if we get frost it will be very dangerous.

I read via Coventry Telegraph that the road is closed this morning, this flood will not go away until the drainage is sorted. It’s not caused by a river as it is on one of the highest points in Warwickshire. This started at the end of October and I first reported it at the beginning of November, I have 6 incident numbers from reporting it to WCC. There has only been 1 week since the end of October that I have been able to go the direct way to Hartshill. It needs to be sorted NOW.
