They are "dumping" rubble and preparing to build

Reported anonymously at 08:15, Tue 5 November 2019

Sent to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council 5 minutes later

There is a strip of land that remained unsold for years, because there is no suitable access for vehicles (the driveway is too narrow). The land was recently sold, and on a sunday, they removed all the bushes and shrubs (see photo attached). The next day, they dropped off a lorry load of rubble. At that point we made it known that planning permission had NOT been granted, and due to the lack of access, no buildings can be put up there. The ONLY reason the stables were even allowed, was they applied for planning permission AFTER the buildings were constructed. at NO POINT had planning permission been sought prior to that building, and according to YOUR website, no planning applications had been made or approved as of 5 Nov 2019.

The "owner" has LIED claiming at various times that they had applied an architect (yet no planning permission applications!), they weren't building but "just dumping" - this is a RESIDENTIAL area - isn't dumping ILLEGAL?

They have tried intimidation tactics various times, including use of physical assault (I was physically assaulted by the son of the stables "owner").

These people need to be stopped because they have told us to our faces they are going to have at LEAST two uses - BOTH illegal!

My parents are terrified about their tactics.
