Parking on grass verges.

Woodloes Park is a beautiful housing estate consisting of 'properly' spaced houses, 'proper' sized front gardens, magnificent trees and green spaces. 95% of residents take pride in looking after their properties. The one fly in the ointment is Deansway between Woodloes Avenue and Harmer Close. This area is entirely spoilt by the parking of vehicles on the grass verges outside properties between the front gardens and the road. This has led to a stretch of muddy, rutted frontages which is now out of control. The whole 200 yards is an unsightly mess and lets the estate down badly. I believe that quite a few of these properties are rented but the owners should be made aware of the issue. I would like to see the County Council tarmac these strips if grass. In my opinion it is useless asking the residents not to park on these edges as this will only be ignored. If you insist that owners address the issue we will get a plethora of materials used which in it's self will create an eyesore. Deansway is a main thoroughfare through the estate and visible to a great number of passers by. I have a very strong feeling that you are going to reply stating that this is not the County Councils responsibility. Unfortunately if this is the case things can only get a lot more unsightly. I look forward the receiving your early reply.
