Reported in the Flooding or standing water on road category anonymously at 11:50, Tue 22 October 2019
Sent to Warwickshire County Council 5 minutes later
The drain in the photo is blocked with soil / leaves etc and whenever we get any significant rain there is standing water over much of the road on the corner by our property. This is a road safety issue as drivers swing out to avoid the water, as well as eventually a potential flooding issue.
Warwickshire County Council has received your report which will be reviewed accordingly. There are no automatic updates to the status of this report - this is something we are working on as part of the improvements to fault reporting.

This problem was reported on 22 Oct 2019 ref 1814709. The situation is unchanged in that whenever there is any significant rain virtually half the road is flooded - road safety issue. Some superficial cleaning was done but it has not solved the problem which is almost certainly in the pipe connecting to the next drain and probably caused by tree roots (new photo taken today)
