Zebra crossing at murray road

Reported anonymously at 17:57, Sat 19 October 2019

Sent to Rugby Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later

The Zebra crossing at murray road is a continual hazard as it is being abused by pedestrians mainly from the mini market & the chip shop also by motorists who park on the zig zags either side blocking the view of the crossing, this is not helped by pedestrians that leave either shop just walking out on the crossing without stopping,i was involved in an incident today where 3 people were talking outside the mini market with there backs to the crossing as i went a quarter over the crossing in my vehicle 1 of them turned & ran across the crossing in front of me it is only a matter of time before someone is injured or killed here due to the stupidity & impatience from some pedestrians who will not wait for vehicles to see them & stop for this crossing.i suggest it is moved or changed to a pelican crossing.
