Artic lorry’s entering village (not suitable)

Reported in the Road works problem category by Councillor Shelly Lebrun at 08:14, Thu 17 October 2019

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

There are road works taking place along Hams Hall. Diversion signs are taking traffic through the village of Curdworth. This is a small village and only allows light vehicles through this route. Residents found Artic lorries were coming through and the road isn’t suitable for Diversions. It is also causing noise disturbance and possibly damage to property as the road is a small village route. Residents had been very upset with the traffic flow last night.

Please can you Divert heavy good vehicles away from the village. At the start of the year the village had similar issues when the Kingsbury road was being resurfaced. Diversion had to be put up to avoid Lorries going through the village as it caused mayhem.
