Water surge from ground

Reported anonymously at 15:51, Sat 28 September 2019

Sent to Stratford-on-Avon District Council and Warwickshire County Council 4 minutes later

Water surging up from ground on our property. Severn Trent believe this may be highway drainage as they have no records of storm water in this area. We believe storm water from the road connects into manhole next to highway and then across two properties. Only happens in very heavy rain.
