I contacted the council the day these were planted as they are way over the boundary and leave no frontage or visual splay to a gateway plus this property use their front footpath as a drive and reverse into the highway which is on a blind bend and where we have had a fatality Google earth show the previous hedge and trees which were much further back on the correct boundary National grid also have services running along there for the property highview Lazy acre which is where I live we are having major building works and this hedge is causing problems for lorries and machines to drop materials and there is also a right of way running up through the field where in time these trees will obstruct the gateway through The owners of highview have planning on a barn in there field and so this will be in constant use as a residential home The property where these trees have been planted is lynton house cv7 9hy I lived at lazy acre cv7 9hy We have spoken with the owner of Lynton house ms julia wright and she openly admits being over the boundary and has refused to replant along the correct one I request a site visit to sort this matter as I'm sure like me you do not wish another person to lose their life I shall be seeking legal advice but as it's on highways/council land we believe solicitors will not be able to act I shall also be contacting the police to report and log as it's unfair on our delivery drivers to deal with plus users of the right of way All of this I have emailed to Nabil Maih but as of yet heard nothing back
