No visibility to the right at the junction of Star Lane onto Lye Green Road, due to overgrown trees, bushes and very tall grass on the verges.

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1762645.
The frequency of cutting back this verge has reduced this year and the verge has been obscuring visibility now for over a month. There are three properties on Star Lane whose residents have to negotiate this junction daily and I must also use Star Lane for access twice a day to attend to horses. Visibility to the right at this junction is now less than 10m and it is virtually impossible to tun out safely into the path of oncoming traffic that is travelling legally at 40mph. Traffic on Lye Green road cannot see any vehicles waiting on Star Lane to pull out. There are no temporary road signs to warn road users of a dangerous junction. I have already had on near miss. I understand that having logged this serious problem, if I do have an accident as a result of the poor visibility I may be able to claim compensation from the County Council. Would it be possible to cut the verge back and restore visibility at this dangerous junction as soon as possible, thank you.
