Grass verge has deteriorated, encourages littering & dog fouling

The grass verge between lamp posts 4 and 6 on Fennyland Lane has deteriorated completely, taken over by weeds, and attracts littering and dog fouling as a result. Please can the verge be restored please.
Warwickshire County Council has received your report which will be reviewed accordingly. There are no automatic updates to the status of this report - this is something we are working on as part of the improvements to fault reporting.

At the location shown by the pin, - the verges are not under the responsibility of WCC.
Dog Fouling matters should be reported to Warwick District Council. Full contact details can be found on the WDC website

The damaged grass verge (mostly bare) and covered in weeds has not been fixed - see picture attached from this morning 09 Sept 2019.
This is encouraging littering and dog fouling (which we have complained about separately to the dog warden)

It is unclear who has responsbility for the verge on an adopted road - please can you advise who it is?
The verge has deteriorated and is an absolute eye sore attracting littering and dog fouling (which has already been reported to the warden)
The issue is addressing the verge.
