Overgrown greenery

Reported via iOS in the Hedges / Trees on road or verge category anonymously at 14:52, Thu 29 August 2019

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 3 minutes later

House No 25 Hayes Lane

The above property seems to have allowed there totally overgrown bushes/ weed/ shrubbery from there front garden over the boundary wall into Hayes Lane this is council owned land it is so bad now this has also encroached onto the public footpath it has also exposed dangerous blackberry branches along with sharp thorns, so pedestrians could be injured !!

This front garden has been getting worse every year nothing has been cut back to control the growth

Whenever the grass frontages in Hayes lane ( on the even number side ) are occasional cut and sprayed with weed killer by the council. They never ever cut the frontages on the opposite side off the road or spray weed killer

If they were to do this I believe my complaint wouldn’t be needed
