The footpath from the top of Blackford hill to the bottom in Henley has become completely overgrown posing a huge risk to school children walking down to get school buses from Henley. Cars, buses and trucks regularly travel well over the 40 mile an hour limit making this stretch very dangerous for anyone using the limited pavement width now available. No clearance has been done for at least two years. Can you please advise on the future plan to clear the pathway.
