To Whom it may concern Just a quick updated on Warwick Court. I am very pleased to inform you that the name plates for Warwick Court have been reinstated which is essential for emergency services to find Warwick Court in the event of a emergency. With the help of local Councillors after three years as their was a little confusion to weather or not Warwick Court was a adopted road or privet. This is also why it is important that the access is kept clear as people live down Warwick Court and this is their only access. Even more essential, if a ambulance needed to get down Warwick Court to one of the residents in the event of a emergency they would have to remove obstructions, being delayed could be very costly indeed. Another pallet as been dumped on Warwick Court I can't think who it could be, but I have told the local council I will keep a eye out as they keep recurring maybe a local builder picked up on the fact local businesses have been Warwick Court using it as a dumping ground. Their are also live electric cables dangling from buildings either side of Warwick Court. I have informed the local council about this hazard as well. I can't see how this would comply with building regulations. The electric cables flapping about is a big concern and as this is a publicly maintainable highway they need to be fixed with the upmost urgency. Warwick Court CV32 4QR Regards Paul Mundy
Thank you for your email, regarding the cables that are hanging down you would need to contact building control as it would be a matter for them, I have searched for the name and the number and it seems to be a Nick Shingler who is in the building control team and his number is 01926456515 or 07747624151. We maintain the footpath on Warwick Court but again regards the photo attached that would be classed as littering or fly tipping so that would need to go to Warwick District council.
