Heras fencing on public highway is causing a problem for vehicles pulling out of South Road into Main St Clifton. The fencing is around the outside of a house that is being built in Main Street, Clifton. The fencing is outside the site on public highway, recently vegetation has started growing up the fencing which is making the problem worse. Vehicles pulling out of South Road into Main Street cannot see vehicles approaching along Main Street from the east until it is too late. I suggest the fencing is moved further away from the road and onto the site boundary.
