Overgrown right of way

Reported in the Rights of way category by Amanda Baylis at 16:44, Sunday 18 August 2019

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

My husband and I tried to walk this path today, and once more it has become overgrown with brambles, My husband has been off work and is in his seventies anyway, and it is not easy walking as it should be. We pay our council taxes as always, but don't seem to get much for it. This was once a beautiful footpath, but has become neglected over the years since the bypass was pushed through it. There has be little or no thought for the pedestrians, the very start of this footpath is spoiled by the garbage that is thrown from vehicles and the food packaging from the MacDonalds on the roundabout that is left strewn along the footpath off Oversley Mill Lane. The whole right of way was hastily put together, and could do with a rethink, in my opinion.
