Status unknown
Hedges overgrown and obstructing roadway and road signage on western side of A435 on entry to Kings Coughton.
Reported in the Hedges / Trees on road or verge category anonymously at 12:48, Sat 3 August 2019
Sent to Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1718613.
For 12 months I have been requesting WCC Highways to undertake hedge cutting. There is the safety aspect for cyclists and pedestrians as stated by others who have notified the Council about this issue and also the obstruction of road signs including the village gateway. This negates the intent of the signage to make motorists aware of the area they are entering and enable them to self moderate their speed accordingly as recommended in Government Guidelines.

It's now 25 November 2019 and still no action by the Council. Hedge looks less dense now with winter coming but clear evidence of branches protruding into the carriageway causing damage to passing traffic and a real danger to cyclists. The Council appear to be waiting for casualties before they will rectify!
