No car spaces for residents

We have not got enough parking spaces for residents. There are only 5 parking bays for 10 houses, The Raglan Bar Patrons and AJs Bar which is currently being made into 9 flats with the possibility of 9-18 more cars and no provision for them. Also, see photo Midland Electric are adding a substation on the verge where residents were promised additional parking on East Union Street. The situation is out of control and residents do not feel safe, children are crossing busy roads and we cannot unload our shopping, etc anywhere near our own houses. One neighbor at No 60 Dunchurch Rd hogs 3 car spaces by rotating and spacing them out to ensure he has parking for all 3 cars, one of which he doesn't even drive! In the morning's random people park in the 5 bays and leave their cars all day when they go to work. Please, can we have someone out to assess the situation, particularly during working hours and when schools are letting children out. With the reconstruction of AJs bar, the situation is just going to get worse with lorries and deliveries to the site. A site that has not enough parking spaces for the planning of 9 flats! The least we should have is residents only parking, please can you help with this matter urgently before anyone is injured.
