  • Yesterday was worse than ever, someone had been and cleaned the drains but they are obviously only doing what they can see and there is a problem deeper....our drive was completely flooded we had to pump it out as it was going to go in the house! Can some please get in touch as it’s getting ridiculous....

  • Drains still blocked! 4th time of reporting....could someone contact me on 07772920251 ASAP. The water is filling our drive up last time it was millimetres from going in the house! Have we got to wait for the house to be flooded before action is taken? This is an ongoing problem that is getting worse, the slightest shower and the road is flooded, when the drains have been cleared before they are only clearing what they can see and not getting to the route of the problem.

  • REPORTED FLOODING 10th July 30th July 31st July 2nd August 14th August This is the 5th time of reporting! I am now writing to my local MP as this is an utter disgrace! If and when these floods enter my property I will be sending my insurance company straight to WWC to make a claim....I have paid my council tax on the dot every time which includes street cleaning and road maintenance( which covers council drains) very randomly do we see a street cleaner and all the drains in the village are in disrepair due to none or little maintenance.
