Trees on verge are a subsidence threat to the property "Hazebrook"

Investigation of subsidence in Haze Brook indicates that self seeded trees on the edge of the road could cause subsidence in the house if left to grow unchecked. Arboricultural report and other technical reports can be provided. Land Registry search, also attached, shows the strip is unregistered, i.e. not part of the property, so is evidently highway land. The trees appear to have seeded in leaf debris at the edge of the road, which is developing into a verge, see photo. Most practical option is to remove the trees and probably the material in which they are growing.
