Overgrown vegetation obstructing view of oncoming traffic

Reported in the Hedges / Trees on road or verge category anonymously at 11:18, Wed 26 June 2019

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 3 minutes later

When driving out of Cottage Leap, vegetation on both sides blocks the view of traffic in both directions on Butlers Leap. This means you have to edge out into the path of oncoming traffic before you can see it - this is very hazardous. This has been a problem for at least a month and is just getting worse as the weeds etc grow more. Please, please cut them down before an accident happens.

  • Trees, bushes and stinging nettles are both crowding the footpath and obscuring the view of oncoming traffic when turning out of Shakesfield Close in Tredington. In parts, it is almost necessary to step into the road when on foot. Please can this growth be cut back?
