The road at this point is a private road under the ownership and repsonsibility of the site developer.

Hi,
This curb is directly next to the road that local buses are using - are you sure it is still owned by the developer? Under the following address I found that Purser Drive is now maintained by the Warwick District Council: https://apps.warwickshire.gov.uk/ api/ documents/ WCCC-930-12
Kind Regards Piotr

Person from the council relpied that this street has not been transfered from deweloper to the council even though I found report stating that it has been transfered. I received no feedback when i replied with link to the list on council's website. It seems that if council says "it has been fixed"nobody watches the case anymore.
