Temporary bollard that was put down to allow cars through is too high for cars to drive over.

Polesworth had a fun day on Sunday 9th June. There were lots of cars and some had started to use the overflow car park where this bollard was located. This bollard was put down for people to drive over. Some people had already driven over before me as you can see in the photo. I drove over the red bollard and it caught my exhaust on the centre piece of the exhaust, which I’m now having to have a whole new exhaust replaced due to this red bollard. My car is at the garage and I can confirm the cost when necessary for compensation from Warwickshire Council. What was meant to be a funday turned out to be expensive and inconvenient. This bollard was put down for this event and through no fault of mine, it has damaged my car. When I got out and looked at the bollard and the road, it appears the road slopes up into the middle where the bollard is and therefore causing it to be too high. On first glance this does not appear to be the case. There is not enough room for my car to drive one side or another due to the close proximity of the lamppost and curb one side and the hedge the other side. I wonder how many other cars this bollard has damaged!
