Grid protruding after blind bridge

Reported in the Pothole category anonymously at 12:34, Sun 9 June 2019

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 1 minute later

As you drive towards Radford Semele from Offchurch and cross the narrow and blind bridge, there is a large square grid that has collapsed slightly on one side, meaning that it's sharp edges point vertically upwards.

As the road and bridge are so narrow and blind, it means that if traffic is coming from the other direction there can be no space to avoid it by driving around or stop as following traffic will rear end you.

Think it just needs clearing of debris and re-setting into the road.
