The worst section is at 21 Clarendon Road where you cannot walk on half the pavement without having to bend down

  • A section of Laurel at the back of 21 Clarendon Road has now been cut but there are still obstructions on Clarendon Road at, and below, head height, caused by dense ivy, a tree and a fallen branch from that tree.
