Following the resurfacing of Penns Lane, the sandbags that were used to hold the road signs in place have ALL been left in a pile on Penns Lane. Please can these be taken away as soon as possible. The contractors who looked after the signage and traffic flow took the signs away, but left all the sandbags!

Sent to North Warwickshire Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council 3 minutes later

Helen at Coleshill Town Council here! A resident called into the office to complain that sandbags have been left in Penns Lane, following the resurfacing of the road. He explained that there had been some issues regarding the resurfacing and now wants these to be removed, as residents are still moaning about the matter. The sandbags were used to hold the temporary road signs in place, and whilst the roadsigns were taken away when the work was completed, all the sandbags were just left in Penns Lane. These are obviously unsightly, obstructive to residents and an eye-sore. (I think they have been left here for about 3 weeks now) Please can these be picked up and removed at your earliest convenience. Many thanks
