25/06/2019. Unbelievable!!, Does this constitute a safe repair to a public footpath!!! clearly your contractors are laughing all the way to the bank spending taxpayers money! I suggest you revisit this location ,make good the full width of the footpath as indicated (by your surveyor) between two yellow markings (3) ASAP. Should i need to take this further to our local MP?. I am sure the press would have a field day. Lets name and shame your contractors, before it all ends up in the personal claims court for possible injury to the public.
Perhaps the work is not complete,we await in anticipation.

Just reviewed CCTV footage in our street--21/06/19, 2 operatives arrive at 9.33 am,1 brush- 1 shovel-1 bag sub-base-1 tub cold lay topping!!! All done ? by 9.44 am!!! NO binding agent-No compaction (apart from one guy stamping his foot)--do they have a Street works Permit? Clearly they have not had details of -Access Construction-pavement details -(HCD-700) AS required under the Highways Act!!!!

28/08/2019. Just noting that today signs have been placed for road closure/footpath repairs to Riddle Close, starting Monday 4th September.I take it therefor that the outstanding footpath maintenance repairs as previously requested around the corner to Winchcombe road will NOW also be carried out and completed in the same time frame.Watching with much anticipation. kind regards...
