Dangerous path surfaces throughout Boundary road

Sent to Rugby Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1634370.
I would like to express my concern at the current state of pathway on Boundary Road, Hillmorton and continuing to Lower Hillmorton Road
Please find pictures attached of the path, as you can see it has been patched and repaired over the years, but due to the volume of human traffic the top tarmac layer for the whole path has reached the end of its service life.
I have also attached pictures of the bollards at he end of the road. The path along lower hillmorton road has been resurfaced and they have done an incredible job. The only issue, is that they have left the existing bollards in which aren’t level, rotten at the bottom and the ones that have fallen over have bare rusted shards of sharp metal pointing towards feet. This in immediate concern.
Being from a construction/consultancy background I would like you to take this email as a formal request to have the repairs and resurfacing carried out, before someone is seriously injured because of the uneven camber and sharp metal edges.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch. I also have further photos if required.
