Woefully inadequate signage

Reported in the Road works problem category anonymously at 07:59, Wed 10 April 2019 ; (there is no pin shown as the user did not use the map)

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 1 minute later

The M6 J3 north was closed this morning, I didn't know about this until I was at the junction. Highways tell me that you are told of the closures and that the signage is down to YOU to do.

Now the question is ....why wasn't there a sign on McDonalds roundabout informing me that the M6 he is Closed?

You being the council are duty bound to inform the public of INTENDED closures, you were told of this closure. You failed to serve the public. My customers were one hour late getting to Birmingham Airport, they, like me were not amused.

Its your responsibility to sign these roads NOT highways.

Get it sorted.
