Diverted traffic causing damage and mud on road

Reported by Jo Cooper at 11:19, Mon 17 December 2018

Sent to Stratford-on-Avon District Council and Warwickshire County Council 1 minute later

The use of this road as the diversion route for the road closure near Weston/Welford has led to the verges being destroyed and the edge of the tarmac having dangerous drops to the side. Where two cars (or a car and larger vehicle ) try tio pass, this is going to cause damage and accidents. In addition, this has also caused the road ro be excessively muddy and slippery -0 ane one lorry has already ended up in a ditch down there. Can th developers who have forced the road closure be made to clear up the mess that it has caused? And at least fill the voids in the verges with road planings or similar?
