Carriageway works need urgent review.

Sent to Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1485702.
The new speed tables and speed humps from recent carriageway repairs on Bulkington Lane, Nuneaton are dreadful. The ramp on and off the tables is so severe it's like climbing a kerb. Please review the angle of these fixtures, or you will be getting lots of damaged vehicle complaints - these are way too steep on a 30mph road.

I can’t even drive safely over the new humps at 10mph it’s damaging my vehicle, it’s very uncomfortable and bringing traffic almost to a standstill.

The new speed bumbs placed on this road a ridiculous. They are so server, I've scrapped the bottom of my car going over at 10mph (I will be getting my car checked today and any damage caused, I will be sending you the bill for repair). It's also causing tail backs of traffic because vehicles are having to slow down to a crawl to get over each ramp. This needs addressing ASAP!

What are the surface texture depth results for the recently surfaced carriageway? How do they compare with the requirements in the Specification for Highway Works? The material appears to be a 10mm stone mastic asphalt, or (proprietary) derivative. Visually, it seems have very low surface texture along the road. With the requirements for speed humps, the controlled pedestrian crossing, interventions of side roads and bends, I would expect at least a texture depth of 1.5mm, with an appropriate aggregate psv, in excess of 58. Do you have data for skid resistance in accordance with HD 28/15?
