Sent to Warwickshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1474342.
Heavy vehicles turning in and out of Arches Lane have broken up the surface of the combined pavement / cycleway, making surface generally uneven, and resulting in a fixed manhole cover sitting proud.

Temporary remedial work has been done to protect the sharpest edges of the manhole cover, but the whole surface of the combined footway / cycle path at that point is breaking up and shedding loose material due to heavy vehicles turning in and out of the industrial sites. Making safe will require something deeper over a bigger area.
