Rutted road surface creating puddles along road edges by pedestrian crossings.

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1474230.
The road surface at the junction of manor court road and central avenue is very rutted, creating puddles along road edges by all of the pedestrian crossings at the junction. This is leaving all pedestrians waiting to cross the road vulnerable to being splashed by cars, lorries and buses which are travelling at speed through the junction. Children are ended up arriving at school very wet from this dirty, muddy water, not nice. Noticed this on Wednesday 28th November 2018 whilst dropping off my child. If you are waiting on the side of the road by Chaplins Chip shop there isn't sufficient space to stand away from the kerb edge and still be out of reach from the splashing of the vehicles. Could this be looked into please ?
