Recent Severn Trent work has left the pavement at the bottom of my drive in a poor condition with both sinkage and breakup of the pavement.

Reported by Michael Davis at 11:54, Mon 5 November 2018

Sent to Warwick District Council and Warwickshire County Council 1 minute later

See above. The breakup of the tarmac along with the drop in level at the end of my drive has left the pavement in an unsafe condition, with the potential for someone tripping over and seriously injuring themselves when visiting my property.
