Accident black spot signs needed urgently

I am an ex firefighter and have been to many accidents at the T junction holly lane and lindridge road , sutton coldfield B755AT ...over the years, the latest accident at..... 0030hrs sunday morning 7.....10...2018 ........ one car involved went over the junction and hit a tree , 3 people in the VW male ,female, and 21 yr old girl , taken to 3 different hospitals, the young female was in coma for one week with brain injury , her life support was turned off 13-10-2018 ,,, travelling down lindridge road frow weeford road direction to T junction holly lane , there is a an arrow on the road and white stop sign ,which is nearly good enough in day light, but night time its black, very black all light foresr area around ,from a distance looks straight on road, it needs desperately a chevron sign or whatever flourescent on holly lane facing lindridge road , if a person in authority would please visit this site and walk into the wooded area ,its littered with many many parts off previous car accidents off different cars ,that have luckily missed the tree and gone straight on,proving they all thought the same , its driver error , but with a sign showing up on the approach, would for sure save lives ,as there will be more accidents there, i worry and care about this spot, i will not give up until something is done there, please please would someone help, regards ex FF B Whitehouse
