Barriers blocking view to exit right from Greendale Road onto The Longshoot and vica versa.

I would like to make a formal complaint regarding the roadworks at the Longshoot and Greendale junction.
Recently the temporary traffic lights were removed during busy periods which has caused a grave danger due to the large roadwork barriers at the junction.
Myself and my husband normally leave for work between 7-7:30am and arrive home from 5-6:30pm.
The main concern is when we are exiting the development at Greendale Road, the view to the right is completely blocked by the works barriers, forcing us to drive further than the junction allows and onto the busy main road. Even then your view is still blind. Could this please be looked at as a matter of urgency and may I have a reply within 72 hours regarding this as it is a serious health & safety concern.
My other concern is that when you walk from The Longshoot into Greendale Road the barriers exit you into the middle of the road at the junction! Myself & my 8 year old daughter discovered this today. Luckily there was no car turning into the road but if there had been it could be a very different email being sent here. Is this really thought through?
Thank you for taking the time to read this email. As stated earlier please reply to this email with your reply.
