Apparently this issue has been bought to your attention before, but according to a recent newsletter you were unhappy to proceed with the cutting of these trees on your land due to opposition from residents in captains hill, Its impossible to see up the road or the service road without stepping into the road making it impossible to cross safely at anytime but at school time with hundreds of kids crossing and more now the redrow was built it is putting lives in danger and IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN, will these residents be happy with that on there conscious. the road is busy and cars hurtle down the hill it wouldbe impossible for a driver to stop in time as they cant see the crossing either till its to late, same as the service road which becomes one way at school times so up or down cars are closest to the verge meaing its impossible to see them or them see those at the crossing and sadly as witnessed the other day kids do have a habit of stepping out without looking, the driver would get blamed and all because you backed out of cutting them down last time. Surely as THE ONLY DESIGNATED crossing up that section of road it is the councils duty to ensure its a safe route to school and not a dangerous one,
