Second reporting of problem so far no response

There are four extremely bright street lights that shine into our house all night. Why do they have to be on ALL night? They are so bright that despite blackout curtains they light up the bedrooms all night adversely affecting our sleep and our health. It is possible to read with no indoor lights on by the light shining in it is that bright. Can the be turned off late at night like in other villages, or turned down significantly or covered in some way. This was not a problem with the old style lights. I’d welcome a response and action this time.
