Manhole cover rapidly sinking with high chance of suspension damage
Reported in the Gully or manhole defect category anonymously at 09:31, Thu 6 September 2018
Sent to Warwickshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1405732.
There is a manhole cover in the path of the southbound road towards Europa Way. The location of the defect means cars are trying to swerve around it venturing into oncoming traffic. There is a natural pinch point where all lanes narrow due to passing under the railway bridge. The defect has gotten very substantially worse over the past few weeks to the extent it is likely to cause damage to wheels and suspension as well as a danger to motorcyclists and cyclists alike. This needs attention before there is a serious accident.

Received an email from Warwick council saying that there were aware of the issue and had plan to rectify as part of road improvements. That was over 3 weeks ago so do not know what timelines they are working to.

No further update from Warwick council. Looks like they are waiting for someone to have an accident before they will do anything.
