A new manhole has been installed but the tarmac is already collapsing and we fear the cover will either dislodge or will start to become noise as vehicles pass over the drain. The tarmac used does not appear to be normal top dressing type tarmac. Please can you review and get back to me.

The tarmac around this drain is getting low and is exposing the ironwork edges. The edges could cause damage to tyres or cause cycles to come off. The next drain along at edge of our drive has now also been broken in the same way during gulley cleaning we suspect.
