Sent to Stratford-on-Avon District Council and Warwickshire County Council 3 minutes later

Whilst walking with my dog recently I have noticed that there is a lot of standing water in the ditch, which hasn’t normally had any water in. The amount of water seems to be getting more and as we have not had any amount of rain recently I thought it best to report. I can’t see where it is coming from, there are some blue metal covers near the gate by the bridle way, but no evidence of water coming from them?

  • Suggestion: In the photo it looks like there is a SevernTrent Water (blue) cover. I suggest you contact SevernTrent Water because the leak may be from one of their pipes - which could be on 'public' or private land. If STW discover the leak is on private land then eventually they will get the land owner to deal with it etc. etc.
