On the corner of Hayes Lane and Coventry Road Exhall the grass is totally overgrown and the hedgerow bordering the. Property on Coventry road is also overgrown In respect of the overgrown grass this causes a problem for motorists exiting the the junction onto the Cov road visibility wise and is a real hazard not only cars but buses With regard to the hedgerow this has started to cause problems foe pedestrians and mothers with pushairs / prams because the pathway has started get narrower by the day causing some people to step onto this ( busy) road

This is the second time I have reported these issues in the last month nothing has been done

  • Still no changes really disappointed surely part of rates go towards the upkeep of the pavements and roads to ensure under health and safety law and that this issue should be prioritised ASAP As I pointed out last time I believe that at least part of the complaint should be actioned by the householder and therefore no charge to the ratepayers. Ref the overgrown Grass could be cut cut within 5 mins of the guy arriving onsite
