Ragwort in full flower, soon be seeding down both sides of Linden Lane from M42 bridge running up the road to North west

Reported in the Japanese knotweed / ragwort category anonymously at 10:04, Mon 2 July 2018

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 1 minute later

We annually clear all the flowering ragwort from our property which lies adjacent to Linden Lane, but for several years the road verges have a recurring population of ragwort plants which act as a seed bank for this whole area. There are 6 horses in a field which lies next to Linden Lane and these plants present a real risk to them through poisoning. The field is much closer than the DEFRA minimum distance of 50 metres for ragwort plants.
