Flooding / standing water on roadway adjacent to drive. Suspect subsidence or tunnel collapse as water never used to collect. Road drain is adjacent. Drain runs to underground tunnel to brook and likely passes under area of road sinking. Heavy lorries in last 2 years due to building works have caused as no weight restrictions. Extensive pot-holes and verge damage in lane towards village also
