This was not due to a flash flood as the drains in Phil Collins way were clear to take water when cars went past. There is a drain that needs clearing under that water. The drain is not at the nadir which does not help. Also that tree in the background has been dead for 3 years. It is an accident waiting to happen!

Possible relocation of the drain in Rectory Road to the nadir after being cleared and the tree needs looking at to prevent falling onto Rectory Road during high winds. Thank You. Ted Ward.
