Hedge over 1.8 mtr and obstrcting footpath
Reported in the Hedges / trees on rights of way category anonymously at 19:26, Sat 19 May 2018
Sent to Warwickshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1316658.
The hedge planted on the boundary border (open plan frontage area) is now well in excess of the 1.8mtr height allowance and is also now encroaching over the footpath. This is a recurring problem and never appears to dealt with. It is one of the problems in allowing hedges to be plants adjacent to the footpath. Which is not what was originally planted as part of the original development

Please note the problem has not actually been fixed, the hedge (actually Lylandi Trees) have been cut back to allow almost clear passage of the footpath but they have not been reduced in height being currently well over 3.5 metre whilst the legal maximum is 1 metre.
