Work to pavement done blocking path with no safety barriers

Reported in the Road works problem category anonymously at 22:47, Tuesday 15 May 2018

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later

Work to pavement outside Castle Brooke care home was done without safety pedestrian barriers or tapping rails and no alternative route given for pedestrians (no path on other side either) which is all a breach of Health & Safety at Work Act and Roads and Street Works Act. Van also partially blocked Common lane and entrance to Industrial estate given poor visibility and turning radius to an already tight entrance to the industrial estate. Issue was present morning of 15th May, but was only present for that day.
