This problem still has not been fixed. it is very dangerous for people that walk along the path . This footpath gets uses very reguarly by people using the local shops and the local school on a daily basis. The tree itself is a sycamore with a known strong root system that has destroyed the footpath and causing this problem. What is the answer.

Nothing has been done. I watch more people trip up as they walk past. Words beyond belief.
