Rainwater bubbling up from under inspection cover and flooding onto road.
Reported in the Flooding or standing water on road category anonymously at 19:57, Tue 10 April 2018
Sent to Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1277041.
Outside 6 tower view crescent. When it rains and for a day afterwards water floods from the inspection cover on the roadside public footpath.
Severn Trent called out. They say it is rain water and the local authority should deal with it.
In colder weather the water freezes into a sheet of ice. When not frozen algae is making the patch slippy.
Issue present for over a month.
