Lorries parking outside Iceland

Every morning, vans and lorries park outside Iceland in Bath Street to deliver to shops there. Regardless of where they are delivering vehicles park on the double yellow lines for long enough to reduce the two lanes of traffic coming down to the lights to one during peak traffic time. As one of the obstructing vehicles is an Iceland van, and another is a Warburton’s van, it seems likely that deliveries to the Iceland shop are the cause. As if to confirm this, this morning it was an Iceland pantechnicon sat there for half an hour between 07:45 and 08:15. Inspection of Google Maps suggests Iceland has a car park and loading area. Take a look at https://www.google.co.uk/ maps/ @52.284779,-1.5334117,3a,15y,106.88h,86.74t/ data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sBt7dBD7-UiMLd3EtjKVUwg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656?hl=en Not only is there a rear entrance for customers, who presumably park there, there is also, to the right of that entrance, a goods entrance to the store. If there is a car park and a rear entrance can you please ensure delivery men park there and stop obstructing traffic. .
